1. For questions regarding your application and the legal consultation list, please contact our attorney via through the International Student Counseling Office or your department secretary.
2. After making a call to our contact person, we will provide the legal consultation lisd to the applicant.
3. The applicant shall fill out the legal consultation list, attaches supplementary information, & emails these documents to our contact person.

The procedures for apply legal consultations：

1. You can make a call to our contact staff (or via the department secretary), we will provide or email the legal consultations list (see the annex Form) to the applicant.
2. The applicant shall fill out the legal consultations list, attaches supplementary information, and emails these documents to our contact staff.
3. We will conduct a preliminary review of the legal consultation list and completeness of supplementary information.
4. After the arrangements of the relevant information of cases, we will assign the case to the legal counsel.
5. The legal counsel would discuss the details of cases with the applicant an additional meeting will be held if needed.
